Hello ! So, I'm coming through to show what I just received in the mail. So one of my best friends made me a BEAUTIFUL scarf. Jasmine made me this red scarf with a special stitch and she's also making a cream white scarf for me and I am so thankful for her. So anyways let me show you how it looks :) excuse the linty shirt lol.
So the brand of yarn I bought was Red Heart. It's the same yarn brand that is GREAT for yarn twist or faux dreads. This yarn is a very good quality because it is very thick, and it's not itchy, so making scarves or any type of clothing out of it will keep you warm. The colors are vibrant, and it's a huge selection of solid, and mixed colors. I paid $2.88 for two regular sizes of yarn. They also come in jumbo sizes and I believe they are $5.00 and some change at Walmart. Very reasonable prices for a good quality product.
Jasmine did a very tight stitch for this scarf because I love my knitted scarves to look well put together. The stitching style she did was absolutely PERFECT. It was exactly what I visioned. She is great at what she does. The scarf has a very good weight to it, it's not light and that's what I love. It fits around my neck perfectly and it doesn't feel like it's choking me.
